Looks like there's some strange goings-on. I always hate hearing about it, but the Great Summoning seems to be the reason why the old prince isn't around. Marcel's got some kind of plan going on to get rid of her debt, but her blood won't cut it. Holding back on payments won't stop the issue-- but maybe the Ventrue might. Maybe I should look for some cohorts in the Ventrue.

Some schmuck named Teddy Hamilton has brought us here to an auditorium with a guillotine. He says he's a prince. A dead man, Daniel Florez, was brought in. He was part of an anarchist movement that has broken quite a few laws: 7 counts of siring, 18 counts of progeny, 1 account of attempting to kill a kindred without permission from his elder. He was put to death. A live beheading, can you believe it? There wasn't even a trace left of the poor guy. Another guy, his sire, was brought in with a stake to the chest. Looks like he's guilty by association. Guess if "my lady" gets in trouble, I'll be up a river too. Another kid was brought in named John, also staked but looks alive. Looks like a fresh kin, used to belong to the staked guy. Poor guy. Looks like he doesn't have a sire anymore and is going to look for one. He looks like he's in a world full of trouble. Hope my lady doesn't take him in, the last thing I need is a thinblooded child getting in my way.
