Hamond is a 96 year old male stout halfling merchant and the owner of Hamond's Marvelous Blades. He also deals in mining tools. He is missing all the fingers from his left hand. He has had many troubles with the Agents of the Watcher, who as taken his fingers.
 
He is very obstinate. He hates fair play. He is always joking, even at innapropriate times.
