Cerac is an old and stern Svayar who is in charge of Svayakrav's architecture and maintenance, as well as the leader of the The Architects' Consortium Svayakrav.
Long ago, he was a general of Iundyr's army during The Sundering before he was kidnapped and turned into one of the original vampires by Nitri. He refused to serve her for a time, but the curse drove him mad until he eventually succumbed to her bidding. After the war ended, however, Nitri had no further use for her vampire army, so when she decided to copy her sister in creating a plane of existence all for herself and her chosen followers, she left them behind with no home to return to.
