Celia Hawthorne was born 344 years ago in Cirencester, Rablonia. As a girl, she grew obsessed with the flow of time and researched it with reckless abandon. She also contributed to research on other topics such as studies on vampires that were later plagiarized by other scientists from both Rablonia and Eiskrone.
 
50 years ago, Celia stepped foot into the feywild looking to research how time flowed there. She was attacked by many seelie fey upon her arrival, but when the Prince of the Blaid Thon stepped in, she made her case that she was just simply studying the flow of time. He deemed her harmless. Celia has been friends with Prince Atropa Belladonna ever since.
 
During the second wild hunt, Celia was conducting field research in the Blaid Thon when droves upon droves of unseelie fey invaded the wilds. Using her magic, she pulled a different outcome for each wave of the unseelie from the very fabrics of time and ultimately protected the Blaid Thon from destruction.
 
Celia's accomplishments not only in the Wild Hunt but also in her groundbreaking research on chronurgy earned her a place among the war heroes of Urina.
 
Celia is very heavily implied to be autistic and has ADHD.
