Hurb grew up in a small village. While exploring ruins near his village he was cursed. This curse took the form of an aberrant mark with abyssal letters, covering half of Hurb's face and his upper body. Because of the abyssal mark he was forced out of his community, and forced wander. He left in search of a cure for his condition. However while it was a curse, it gave him magical abilities. Hurb has explored countless ruins, and has found no mention of a cure. His mark is continuing to pain him more as the days go on. Hurb fears that his mark, will lead to his death.
