Halfing scholar

A student at the Academy at Notsley. A bright individual, she was one of the first Halflings to attend the academy, and took great interest in Tutor Scandling's proposal to establish a research facility.
 
She, along with the paladin Ser Aelred Fireshield, has been tasked to travel around to responses from nobles about a plot of land to build the facility.
