Blacksmith who was captured by the forces of evil (i.e. Mr. Black) and forced to work for them. His arm has been trapped inside a demonic arm. His sister Serena is being held to ensure his cooperation.

Brandolf Runeburn is a Matorvian blacksmith who, in August of 23 ARL, was captured by the forces of evil (i.e. Mr. Black) and forced to work for them in Malakai's captured forge. Extensive efforts were made to ensure his cooperation: His arm was trapped inside a demonic gauntlet made from/belonging to his ancestor, Rolaf Runeburn (who had himself become a demon after making a deal with one), he was placed in geas-equipped magical shackles, and his sister Serena was taken and held at the Mountain of Blood to ensure his cooperation.
 
The Shadows of Existence arrived in mid-September to retake the forge, rescuing Brandolf in the process.
