Physical Description

Small of frame Ayla's body is lacking in curves. Instead sporting a surprising amount of very lean muscle. Rather strong for her size, the muscles indicate an impressive amount of physical training.

Body Features

Instead of prominent black wings, Ayla now posseses only nubs on her back with scars that show that whatever process was used to remove them was not only crude but excruciatingly painful.

Facial Features

Ayla's face is prominently angular with not may soft features aside from her having softer cheeks.

Identifying Characteristics

Lacking her normally prominent black wings, Ayla now sports and intricate mark of blue carved into the skin on the lower right hand side of her neck. Close inspection of the mark shows that it extends down her side, and is inlaid with green carvings wrapping around the prominent blue marks like vines.

Physical quirks

Ayla can be observed going about daily tasks with eyes that look past whatever it is she's doing. Mouthing words under her breath most of the time she looks unfocused and unaware of her surroundings. Though she's likely lost in thought.

Despite being an adventurer and it reflecting in the wear and grime of her apparel, Ayla does enjoy finer quality clothing and intricate jewlery. Currently sporting a custom tailored set of clothing that reflects Sojourner's Rest nobility and an impressive set of jewlery to match. She wears each with pride, despite not holding any social ranking assosciated with nobility.

Starting with many inquiries she quickly appreciates the nuances of new societies, cultural differences, and even thought processes about topics. Behind me is the gate that leads into Stormhold. Beyond these doors is corruption unlike anything you've seen. Taint, the weapon of the enemy, bleeds into the very stones that make up the hold. Until we've cleansed this place, you would do wise to bear caution as we walk the halls. More importantly, to all those that wish to become Stormknights. This is our home. As an Avariel I was taught to always cherish your home. To protect it and its people to the end. Just because it is lost, doesn't mean we can't reclaim what is ours. I will fight with everything I have. I hope you all do the same. To cleanse this place and make it a home again. Together we will walk into these halls with the blessings of the Stormbearer. We will strike with the fury of a tempest. We will cut off the corruption at its source and cleanse these halls of the disease that plagues it. We will show no fear in the presence of the enemy, as we fight for our home. We will enter battle with a fervor that matches the intensity of the most brutal of storms. The pounding of steel and clashing of arms will echo far throughout. As thunder follows the crack of lighting so too will the sound of our blows remind us that they've found purchase. And as a storm passes and all that remains is the pattering of trickling rain, when we're finished here we'll leave with something more than the brothers we walked in with. We'll leave with a home. To those that walk with us but do not wish to join the Knights. I wish that you all treat this place with respect. I do not expect you to lay down your lives in the same fervor as us. But know, that as you walk with me, I will do everything in my power to protect you as if you're my brother. May the Stormbearer protect us all.
