Personal history

Chione was born in Egypt during it's reannexation of the Roman Empire to a well to do family. They were old descendants of Ramses I and other pharaohs of the XXth dynasty. They had the distinction of being some of the first vampires known to mankind.Due to this and wanting to keep the bloodline pure her family practiced the ancient tradition of inbreeding and her family was no exception. She was the child of a brother and sister pair.
 
Chione from a young age was trained in her vampire powers learning all of the arts of mehket disciplines. She used her powers to rise in the seat of Egyptian power. She found though she could only be an adviser due to women not being allowed to hold the throne. She was known for her great power and many people began to associate her with Isis and she was appointed as a high priestess to said goddess. This would be the starting foundation of the Circle of the Crone. Chione would spread the word of the circle. It became widespread in all the vampire circles of Egypt.
 
When Nero became head of the roman empire she was invited into Rome as a guest. She only grew in influence there but, came into conflict with the other night lords namely Ivan Croswell. She however would still be invited to the negotiation table when the first camerila was established. This gave her control of the vampires to the lower parts of the Mediterranean sea and the African holdings of the empire. She would oversee much but, mostly believed that her kind belonged in the shadows using her influence to further separate vampire and human relationships.
 
She made her base of operations in Alexandria and curretnly resides there acting as night mother.
 
She made her way to Boston on a note sent to her by Orusala about the ring problem. She arrived on Christmas day after ciel's disappearance. She would be captured later by William and used as an idol during the battle of Boston but, she was saved by house croswell. She removed Ciel's ring and crushed it, killing Ivan.
 
after the battle she assisted in the creation of the camerila and became the first vampire to be on the council.
