Avaro is able to use his own senses and reflexes to cause himself to Blink. by Blinking he can instantly travel to any location he can see within 500ft and He can also delay the blink so he reapaers slower, during which time he is kept in the Outer planes. When Attacking another creature he can cause the focus of his attack to blink with him, both Avaro and the Target are transported to the Outer plane only for The duration of the Blink. Additonally he can cause anything he touches to blink granted he can focus on it hard enough and muster the magi to influence it.
