The goddess of the moon, and perhaps true queen of the wolves.

The goddess of the moon, she has strong ties to the werewolves. She seems to know how they came to be. She's meddled in the affairs of the pack, and of the Vampires, claiming the wolves must change in order to survive the next thousand years. The world and cultures they were meant to live in, no longer exist. Times have changed and now they too, must change.

 
She is motivated by the destruction in Moment out of Time. She seems to not necessarily exist in Linear Time as the others do. It's not entirely what her true plans are.
