A Jedi loving clone trooper

Rats was a standard clone trooper on a remote planet battling the droid army when the GAR decided to abandon the planet. While fleeing an ambush his squad got trapped in a complicated cave system when a cave in occurred. The squads clone captain died in the cave in and thus the members of his squad began to panic knowing they would be left alone on the planet. CT-0216 saw a family of rats running around and decided to lead his squad following the rats assuming they would find a way out. This led to him gaining the nickname Rats. After getting out of the cave system and getting back to the LZ he found the Jedi Obi-wan had held the army from fleeing the planet not wanting to leave a large squad out alone. This event led to a fierce loyalty to Obi-wan and to the Jedi as a whole. Rats was awarded leadership of his estranged squad for his act of courage and quick thinking. Rats routinely picks up the dregs of other units and mold them into his as he believes in the quality of a man given a chance. This is how he met {DJ's Character} and began mentoring him to help grow him into a potential replacement or fellow squad commander.
