Physical Description

Aksel is an oddly tall parrot-like Avian with an overall lean body and a strong chest.

Body Features

He has long feathered wing-arms with three scaled digits on the ends, and long bird legs. A 3 foot long tail trails behind him, and he has a curved, sharp beak, talons and attentive eyes. His feathers are colored like that of a Blue and Gold Macaw, with two long feathers trailing from his forehead.

Facial Features

He has a parrot face, with white cheek patches and dark striping.

Apparel & Accessories

He wears a black jacket and trousers that have a space in the back for his long parrot tail. The pants stop at the knee and are open sided, but tied with strings. He keeps the sleeves of the jacket rolled up to mid bicep, and the sides are cut and fastened with buttons. On occasion he wears dark leather wraps on his feet.

Employment

Currently he works with a pirate group to the north, fueling his own plans while also aiding their endeavors. He got a small loan from the Captain to purchase something useful, and pays the crew with stolen animals, resources and crops.

Intellectual Characteristics

Well spoken and generally calm and amicable. He'll say whatever someone wants to hear, or whatever will benefit him most. He comes off as respectable to those who don't know his less than honest side activities.

Does only what benefits him, furthers his goals, and helps him survive. If there's casualties.. well, he wont let that weigh him down.

Hygiene

Keeps himself rather clean, preening and removing any damaged feathers, and smoothing out those that are roughed up. He doesn't bathe with water, but the frequent rain seems to do the trick. When needed he dust bathes to keep pests out of his feathers.
