Posiden is an extremely aggressive being with a heavy disdain for many creatures. His main hatred is pointed toward Medusa and her Goddess Athena. It is unknown where this disdain began or why, however, this aggression toward the two escalated one night.
On a night like any other, Posiden had been drinking heavily at Lady Salvatore's tavern. This heavy drinking caused him to become more aggressive than usual. He was quickly removed from the premises after threatening to attack Lady Salvatore and the guests within the establishment. After being removed from the building, Posiden took to the streets.
It is said that he tracked down Medusa, a woman he had a deep attraction to at the time. After being rejected multiple times by her, he could be seen chasing her out of the city. It is unknown where the pair ended up, however, Medusa and Athena both report Posiden attacking Medusa in a horrific manner.
Due to this attack, Posiden became an outcast in Greece as almost every citizen had heard about what he had done. In response to this social outcasting, Posiden became much more reclusive. Eventually, he became somewhat of a hermit.
Nowadays, his location and well-being are unknown.
