Rumor has it that she, on top of controlling most of the cities brothels, also controls a large criminal syndicate. These accusations however have never been proven. No matter how she got hold of her wealth, there is no question about how much power and influence it has given her. She is a member of the cities ruling council and a close friend of the mayor Arugus Sol.
Some time ago she hired a group of adventurers to retrieve a special mask from a ruin to the north. There the party had to fight a powerful devil in order to retrieve the mask. They were successful in their task. What Joxina is to do with this mask is, however, unknown.
