Appearance

Physical Description

Sprocket is slightly above average height (for a Kobold), which means that he reaches to about hip-height for any of the taller folk at 78cm. He is on the weaker side, with no visible muscles, nor much excess fat, but he is by no means frail.
Growing up in the Slums of Relix has left him quite adept at both taking a beating and slinking away. There aren't many bones in his body that have not been at least fractured once.

Identifying Characteristics

Sprocket is missing his right arm having lost it in a failed experiment some years ago. It has since been replaced by a magi-tech prosthesis that he got from a less than reputable vendor and then improved by himself.
The arm's exterior is made up of brass paneling, with an acces port for his arcane firearm on the undersite of his wrist.
It works about as well as his old, fleshy arm, albeit with a much worse sense of touch.

Apparel & Accessories

His clothing of choice include some well made trousers, a shirt and a heavy coat, usually in light and medium browns, often made from leather and with steel and brass accesories.
When geared for combat, he switches the coat for a light gambeson and puts on a simple breastplate with some brass trim, that he infused to better protect him. He also installs some extra armor plating on his Mechanical Arm.

Sprocket is a decently skilled, self taught artificer. He managed to create an arcane firearm, a mechanical arm and can even create eldritch cannons using only some prepared blocks of wood and his woodcarving tools.

Motivation

Sprocket's (quite big) family is still living in the Slums of Relix. He has long since figured out, that simply being a cog in the machine will never be enough to get his family out of the slums and especially not into the higher city.
His main reason to go adventuring, is to get enough money for his family to get out of the Slums and (ideally) into the higher city. Going out to see the world, facing it's dangers and selling his skills and baubles is the best way to go about this (at least in Sprocket's mind). It also helps that he is an adventurous little Kobold, that does not like staying in one place for too long.
