Living in the 4th precinct was an easy enough life. I grew up in a mansion, was waited on hand and foot, and had quite a nice education (and more than enough bullies).
 
I hated it.
 
I wasn’t like anyone else at the academy. Being a white aligned academy, being Golgari was the easiest way to stand out... for all the wrong reasons (fucking Yilmaz). My parents placed some pretty high expectations on me, but I wasn’t sure what I wanted in my own life, but I did know I wanted to be my own person, right from the very start. I couldn’t quite explain why my parents were well known…. Or why they had so much money. But being a cleric is pretty rare in these parts, so maybe Mum’s in high demand? Dad seemed to be a leader of some sort, always in meetings and shooing me out of rooms when he sees his friends… All I know is they took my safety into consideration always. Maybe too much. I barely knew what real Ravnica was like before I wanted to venture out on my own, but my parents insisted I continue my education.
 
I always wanted to be like them, but just my own version, you know? When my devotion to the Golgari started to manifest itself into Cleric abilities, I knew I could take Mum’s gift, and Dad's intelligence, and create my own path! But to do so, I needed a team. My own team which I could lead into becoming the most renowned problem solving squad in all of Ravnica.
 
While passing the time practising my Cleric abilities and writing To-Do lists, I saw a strange figure watch up against the edge of the sewer. A bugbear, with a strange cauterised mark across his chest, and axe in hand. I knew this was the perfect opportunity to test out some higher level cleric abilities! I ran inside, stole a diamond (Thanks Dad) and tried to revive this lost creature. I started to cast the spell, and immediately blacked out.

I’m not about being the strongest, or the bravest, but I know with Clancey at my side, (and more to follow), I can bring others together to make Ravnica the place I know it can be. I want it to be the place I knew growing up, the one my parents made for me. I was it to be safe, I was it to be controlled, and I want everyone to know who made it so. I will venture outside the bubble of my parents protection to make this world a better place under my leadership.
