Hans, Greta and Jakob are Eshbach's resident bakers. They came from the direction of Aachen in the north looking to set up in the new townland of Eschbach where there was need of a proper bakery.

Personal history
Hans & Greta are a young married couple whose son Jakob was born in the city of Aachen. They have recently moved within the last year from Aachen to Eschbach when they could take up their own family business when they realised there was a bakery needed. As the town had expanded the local cottage industry couldn't keep up and sometimes they will take in a few local breads & the like made by locals to sell.
They appear a happy couple and dote on Jakob. Trained as bakers they are able to do most jobs around the bakery and and have called it H & G Bakery. It sits at the south eastern outer ring of the new town of Eschbach. Originally married in Aachen they had sufficient funds to move down, and they have made a name for themselves bringing in other types of baked goods with them.
A few months ago they had a scare when Jakob was the victim of a Fey swap leaving a 'Changeling' in his place. This 'Changeling' turned out to be a baby of the Baobhan Sith in the employ of Granny Barrowbye.
Since that time, a band of adventurers retrieved Jakob, and acted as intermediaries to bring Granny Barrowbye to Eschbach where she lives close by acting as a Fey Godmother of sorts for Jakob and helps out with looking after him & helping the young couple where she can.
