Hydall is an old soul that enjoys knowledge about anything else. He is more of a recluse than anything and bends the will of the arcane to his whims trying to understand it. Although he is the god of the Arcane, he is by far the most flexible. Enchanting and forging can fall into his domain depending on the intent or his former counter part's if it's for war. Hydall will take the mantle for the other gods as well and assist where he can for the greater good. Even some of the other gods like Oghma and Ioun fall under his discretion. While he doesn't fully blame himself for the fallen god of war, he still harbors guilt as a part of him will always be missing. He will go out of his way to keep her followers strong so her spirit can remain in the world.
