Personal history

Born in 1967 to Isabelle and Viktor Ulrich, Tobias never did very well in school. He would always sneak off in between classes to his schools metal shop to tinker and toy with the materials. This unbound curiosity lead him to take up a new interest in sciences, especially in that of biology. Through his remarkable breakthroughs in pharmaceuticals (curing AIDS in 2020) Tobias caught the attention of the United States Military. They tasked him with making a super soldier that could never die. One that could be brung back to life if they were to fall. The Omega Project was the first breakthrough in this field; one that was eventually cut short with the result of World War Three ending in 2035. Furious about his work being taken away from him, Tobias flew into a rage and attacked his supervisors and eventually had to be shut down by the military; plunging him into a vegetative state where he would have remained today, if the party had not cut his life short by suffocation.
