Sogen Is a wanted Man from the Great Wizard Counsel. He decided to study the mysterious flask stone rather than vowing to never use them. After running away with a stash of flask stones after the war the went looking for more finding himself in more dangerous situations. He lives south of the city of Nore. He uses it as a base of operations and also a secret black market selling point for the flask stones. He seems to always be studying stones especially the rare ones.
