Ravin Neldir is an agent from @Rednan, one who works for the Flaming Hand, an organisation of wizards from The Tower of Valosh. His specialty in linguistics and history makes his an asset in the studies of artefacts and excavation. Though his home is far removed from the greatest treasure of ruins in Sabal, he has made regular trips to help the Archeological Institute and has close contacts within Sabal.
As of late, he has fallen into Galenten employment, though secretly. He reports to him rarely and works with his own judgement, but finds the Prince's goal of using the power of the artefacts in line with his insane thirst for more information about the ancients, and like many wizards, his thirst for knowledge has become a determinant rather than the asset it once was.
His interactions with Prince Talkoris Enan Silnor Sallab about 'The Ancients' and artefacts have been brief and friendly, and has decided to aid him, as long as it aids himself. He knows of Galenten's dislike of his brother's interference in his matters has decided to insert himself into Talkoris' inner circle, with eyes on opportunities to make it worth his while no matter which way the wind blows.
