Owner of the Spellbook Tower in Wandon, He deals with the crafting and shipping of magical items in the Eastern Peninsula. He does not work with the Circle of Magi very often, seeing their ways as too restrictive. He is watched by the Grand Order closely, but is allowed to do what he does.   He is very studious and often wears the stereotypical mage robes and wide brimmed hat. There may be a larger reason why he dislikes the Circle of Magi
