Personal history

Little is known of the man named Scyròs his youth. What is known, is that he was born on the penal planet designated XVII in the Svenja sector. Whether or not Scyròs is his real name is unknown. Who his parents are is equally a mystery.
 
What is known is that at some point 15 years ago Scyròs was a member of the administrative force of the planet. When the officials were evacuated off world because of a Xenos threat in the subsector, Scyròs was one of the lucky ones that got away.
 
Later he was reassigned to a small spaceport where he got the task of making sure all the military personal and naval ships passing through acquired their necessary supplies. However this task was made more difficult because the budget was far too limited to satisfy the needs of everyone. Yet somehow Scyròs made sure all the military personnel had what they required and more. His superiors suspected he accomplished this feat by indulging in not very savoury methods, but accepted his actions as necessary and fruitful. After this first post Scyròs quickly made a name for himself as an administrator that could get stuff done.
 
However the young administrator’s career was cut short when he was posted in the Ilyxis sector. He acquired a piece of tech for the Cult Mechanicus, even though the influential Rogue Trader House Tyrannus had already made a cursory trade deal with the merchant. The Rogue Trader took this action as a slight and used his influence to get Scyròs thrown out of the administratum based on (manufactured) evidence.
 
Luckily the young man had made enough friends in the higher reaches of the power structure to escape with both his freedom and head. However he had to relocate to a nearby planet and rebuild his life. Ironically he chose the hiveplanet Tyrannus so he could hide in the masses from the disgruntled Rogue Trader. Here he started his own business in helping people acquire both equipment and information.
 
In the past few years he has created a vast contact network over not only this planet, but the subsystem. He has head dealings with most of the major players on the planet, except for House Tyrannus. Scyròs has also re-established ties with the Cult Mechanicus and has helped them acquire certain items when possible. In return the Mechanicus have provided him with his prized Galvanic revolver, which make Scyròs an easy man to recognize if you know what to look for.
 
However Scyròs is not content with staying on one planet and fearing for his life because of the threat that House Tyrannus still poses. Luckily for him a new business venture just announced itself in the form of another Rogue Trader house.
