Raised by the worst parts of Hobgoblin civilization, Ava desired what any young goblinoid did: gain at the expense of others. It was her idea to infiltrate human society under the guise of a devout cleric; her plans changed when she was exposed to a way of life that didn't require eating alive anyone who got in your way. She abandoned her clan, converted religions, and devoted herself to Hephaestus; after joining the party she set her ambitions higher, resolving to lead both humans and goblinoids alike to a less cruel society.
