Body Features

Various EMP threadings cover her whole body, with blue hair with glowing hot pink tips. She has many audio suite cyberware augmentations, though they are internal.

Facial Features

Slim face with a small pointy nose and thin eyebrows. Her natural eyes are black, though she has modified them so that they are now hot pink to match her hair. EMP threadings covers her cheeks and neon pink eyelashes are a constant on her face.

Identifying Characteristics

She may be small, but her signature blue hair with glowing pink accents could be recognized anywhere.

Apparel & Accessories

What she wears depends on if she's on stage or not. Though she'll usually wear clothes more on the Harajuku or Gyaru styles. Her favorites would be a clear sailor fuku top with matching blue mini skirt, black over the knee socks and hot pink high-heeled converse. She'll wear a lot of pins and buttons on her clothes, and of course a lot of neon and clear accents, especially glowstick bracelets.

A great singer, Akira-chan knows how to use her assets to move the public. She can also play the keytar, her favored instrument.

Personal history

Born in Tokyo, Japan, Akira-chan lived most of her life in one of the megastructures dotting the capital. With her parents both being techs for one of the big corporations, money was never an issue. She lived a comfortable life surrounded by wealth and safety. When she was 12 years old, it all came crashing down. Some information got leaked from the corporation and they needed scapegoats to take the blame. Sadly, her parents were of those that were exiled following that situation.
 
Hoping that Nigh City would grant them the opportunity to keep working for other corporations in technologies, they all moved there in a flash. Sadly, the opportunities didn't come, seeing how nobody wanted techs that could possibly leak information again. Their life of wealth and safety became one of danger and famine. This changed Akira-chan's view of life, she became aware of how much people who are at the bottom suffer.
 
In time, she met some influential people who decided to nurture her talents in music. With efforts and dedication, she rose through the ranks and gained fame in Night City as a pop idol. She could finally provide for her family and make sure they'll get what they need to survive.
 
She didn't forget the hardships of living in Night City as the poor and downtrodden, though. With renewed vigor, she took the path of a Rockergirl, of the revolutionary musicians that desire nothing more but to change the world, one song at a time. With that goal in sight, she participates and organizes protests, she sings about the inequalities and talks openly in talk-shows about the horrors in Night City.
 
With all that, she got in the radar of some Mega corps, though only time will tell if they'll decide to eradicate the threat that she might eventually pose.

Education

Received a good education before she was exiled from Japan, after that she learned music from Rockergirls and boys that saw some potential in her. She never finished highschool.

Employment

Self-employed as a Rockergirl and pop idol in Night City. She can be seen in many venues.

Succeeded in allowing her family to survive, to provide for her loved ones.

Intellectual Characteristics

A naive girl, Akira-chan has trouble understanding more complex things like mathematics and science. It doesn't matter though, only music is important in her heart and she excels at it.

Things must change in the world, and those at the bottom needs to rise to the tasks if they want to see it happen. The Mega corps need to step down and let the people take control of the government so that people can thrive.
