Milicent is a very capable mage. He has very good control over temporal magic is like that of his father only he is not as good at it. He bolsters his magic with a bit of magic from other domains though his skill with it is also questionable.

Personal history

Born into a happy home with his mother and father being celebrated mages Milicent always wanted to be a hero in his own right. He often times imitated his father. He would play games with his twin sister Daphnie. His mother would die soon after and this set his father off on a strange course. His father spent more time at the academy taking up a teaching position and soon becoming a dean of admissions.
 
When Milicent become of age he was sent to the academy with his sister. They were both top in their classes with Milicent being placed in Terros house, with his sister was placed in Hydros. The two had a little bit of a rivalry often trying to outdo one another in classes and grades. Milicent prformed averagely and graduated with decent marks, Daphnie graduated valedictorian.
 
After the academy Milicent worked over in Brittian taking on various jobs.
 
Victoria approached him in 1947 to ask him to work for the academy and he has said no multiple times. In 1963 he would say yes and take up as a fate / luck magic professor.
