- A large force of constables invade the gathering and start capturing people
- A Black Hand agent, the spies and assassins of the Emperor himself is leading the constables
- A personal vendetta starts between Wulf and the agent
- The party drives two Rovers and gets into a midnight chase with the police but gets away after making the two bikes crash.
- They arrive at the Professor's mansion in the Spire Heights. Meeting Lysandra and Tiberius in the garage cluttered with spare parts and tools.
- Lysandra suspects a traitor has sold them out. Tiberius suspects a Goblin named Thresher, who owns a brothel in Smuggler's Alley.
Comrades! Rogues! Cutthroats! We gathered here today because enough is enough! The Empire has squeezed us dry for a war we've never asked for! They take our blood, our kin to fight on distant islands, plucking them off the streets after their pockets are empty and all hope has gone!.. And for what, I ask you my friends?
