In the castle

A Bloodbath to remember

Nalan decides to prepare a disguise for their plan, deciding that his own blood is the closest to the colour red he can get to dye his clothes. He draws a large amount of blood which causes the nearby blood ritual to be disturbed. Shortly, a red magical line between Nalan and the ritual appears, causing the Uthramians to investigate the source. The adventurers quickly go through the window to the roof, hoping to escape detection. They are successful and John Doe & Nalan decide to further descend into the courtyard to prepare their explosion plan while Oswald Fleetfeet & Balin Thornbow return to the tower to hide but not before Oswald casts Invisibility on the bombers. John & Nalan scale up the nearby wall and prepare for their grand plan. John will start climbing down the wall while Nalan will throw their Arium grenade on the summoning circle and hastenly start climbing down the rope as well. Nalan throws the bomb and as it hits the summoning circle, an incredible implosion followed by explosion follows. The blast nearly causes Nalan to fall of the walls and many screams of utter despair are uttered, to haunt the adventurers in their nightmares. Both John & Nalan manage to escape the crimescene without detection and discuss what to do next at the foot of the wall. Meanwhile Gireon Uthram attempts to get a hold of his troops and orders a search party to find these terrorists.  

The ballista must fall

Balin & Oswald decide to dig themselves in with Oswald hiding himself tactically within a bookcase. With Oswald attempting a Long Rest Balin keeps an ever watchful-eye over the courtyard. The bombers have decided they'll use the massive distraction caused by the assault on the summoning circle to make their way to the Plateau Gate. John follows in a steady pace behind Nalan while being invisible, but Nalan acts as a soldier messenger running to the Plateau Gate. As they get closer, Nalan recognizes Rafael de Scorpión approaching asking what in the name of Nocturnal is happening here. While Nalan decides to tackle the problem with Rafael John starts going up the wall to take out the eastern tower.  

Exact sequence of steps John dropping the lyrium sack at the gate to destroy the eastern tower & misty-stepping, later trying to burn western ballista. Sack drop, misty-step, run on tower, attempt burning ballista, jump off tower (hurt ankle), Nalan shot down.

Nalan asking Rafael to trust him, trying to make his way down but being shot by the many arrows before reaching the end of the zig-zag descend. Before bleeding out, Rafael stabilizes him and throws the son of a dog on the back of his horse.

Balin needing to escape with Oswald because of searching troops, wrapping sleeping Oswald in a carpet like a burrito and trying to climb the second roof.
