S1 Session XV: The Race Report

General Summary

The group reconvened at Verve's parents house and grampa gifts Verve some fancy new bracers.

Caroline sees Micha run after Verve and with Kosmos and Koal in tow they go to make sure young child is okay. They witness a being in a liquid white robe--seemingly with no face or features--wrapping a small glowing object in a bag before teleporting away. Frustrated they let out some anger and Verve finds them. They rush back to the house where Verve goes to look for Micha to see if it was really him, Caroline goes to tell the parents. Verve does not find Micha, Koal offers moral support. Kosmos paces in the entry. In talking to the parents Caroline finds out that dad seems to know more than he is letting on, and goes to tell Verve and the others. Upon finding Verve, he goes to confront the father, and the other 3 head up to go to sleep. Verve discovers his father has a deal of some sort with the Liquidark, and is not a fan. He makes the decision that leaving was good, and goes with the others to his grampa in the chapel/shrine outside of town. He discovered that there may be a possibility that Vanon is alive, and that Micha might be healed if that is the case. If the images and video were not doctored.

The following morning they get up and go to compete in the race to hopefully help Verve's sister win. We ended with them in the water portion of the race, just starting to enter the desert portion.
