Session 7: Deadly Decisions Report

General Summary

The group goes and meets Nim'wen at a graveyard near the Tower of Memories. Once there, Nim'wen gives Olin some of her stack of books and the scroll to use at the grave of Iona Hinglard. Once there, the group goes about prepping, for... a True Ressurection?? Olin sees vibrant colorful lines coming from the scroll, and as he chooses to do things, one tethering line gets brighter and another gets fainter. Olin does decide to go through with it, and Guen hears a rustling in the graveyard. But Pipus stops Olin before he is able to read any of the scroll. This action from them prompts Nim'wen to drop their guise and Twisted Fate makes an appearance. The group has a long (about 40 minute) battle with Twisted Fate and their deck of cards where Pipus dies.   Yes. That was read correctly. Pipus died.   Olin kills Twisted Fate, and the group goes over to Pipus and is ready to use this ressurection spell, but he and Guen find Pipus in a stable state???? They wake them up and go about searching Twisted Fate's pockets. They find about 70 gp and 5 cp. They find a deck of cards in the jacket, and the ring to help with the magical, in the hat. This was given to Guen(?).   The group then proceeds to head back to the inn they are staying at, the Luck's Run. They did not check the shadows... and the shadows in this city have eyes. Especially in the wee hours of the morning.
