Session 34: Seeing Double Report

General Summary

Y'all were shunted into a Mirror dimension, a small pocket dimension, where doppelgangers spawn.   Only one of each of you made it out. The originals? Who is to know.   Flick threw a little tantrum when the group got back and accused Pipus of not being the right Pipus.   Guen shares a document that seems to be some records that Raven kept of their travels, and they find that Hexam Manor was once Lumas Manor and a journal had been discovered inside a bookshelf in the library by Raven, belonging to one of the deceasesd Lumas twins. They read and Raven wrote of a text/papers they found that spoke of another god.... one here currently?! They keep reading, and find that Raven ended up in Nicodranas with a group of rapscallions called Inaapi. They did work with them for a while trying to figure out a way home. Raven documents a rift that he and a compatriot known in the text as Yule (like yuletide) plan to pass through. The final section of this text is written from another calendar.... 26 Noctos in the 52nd Age of Split Empires. It documents arrival in a sea. it documents being rescued and pulled aboard a ship named The Devil's Due. It talks briefly about the ship powered by beings, not broomstone, and about the travel to the land of Noctos to deliver a message to some person named Emperess Okita. Which is spoken of as been done, odd jobs being picked up, and then the war hitting the shores of Noctos and the other lands in Okita's empire. (it also mentions that most magic folk tend to have to work for 10 years as a slave-like position, then are set free by laws in these lands). It records that Raven and Yule join the fight, Yule becoming a General in the land forces, who was slain in a battle fighting the Sea-Walkers. It records how he led a small stealth unit into enemy territory, (including some named folks: Pendi, Sage, and Pya) and Sage is the ? on if they were captured or escaped, but Pya and Pendi escaped. Raven was caught. He records that he feels like this is where he needs to be, about the veils the folks wear, the weird language, and the symbols that are written on notes. (in the books from Exandria, they looked similar, but a symbol or two was off, so he wrote those down on the paper as well).   So... more info on Raven is learned, and that apparently the Faceless are waging a war in this other place, and Raven is involved, as is Pipus(?).   Flick shares the lore with Jade, who knew none of it, but does know where Nicodranas is.   Olin gives Pipus the jar of memories that they assume to be Pipus', and Pipus takes a whiff, and 4 shove themselves into Pipus' head. The one we traveled with to experience today was when Pya and the crew of the Devil's due returned a small demon child to the floating isle of demons, and made their way back to Noctos, and there dropped off Sage(a person that can shift faces, similar to Pendi) and Pya (who is a starling), and meets Pendi (who is what Pipus currently looks like) and Raven. There is a small scene where Pya gets a rolled up paper from a member of the crew called Hawthorne, and gives him a hug before getting off the ship. The memory ended there.

We will begin next session with the second memory that Pipus gains back, and after that have you all resume back in the morning after you went to rob the Hexums. (Georgie and Anna Hexum are identical twins =))
