Delving to Find a Sword
The party aided Colonel Norford in deep sea diving to find a sword deep within a lake that spills out from a fjord. Curiously, Bostwick also found a peculiar piece of armor with gauntlets and grives attached to it. Once on the surface, the automaton was activated. It revealed its name to be "Petite Souris." The automaton was designed to be a companion solely focused around healing.
Joan, the Lady Accused of Witchcraft
Lady Joan Farbank is accused of witchcraft because of a horrible, sinister droning sound within her household. The house would rattle ominously with no certain source. She has been seen bringing home magic materials after all but she explained that she only has a curiosity of more basic beginner magic than anything esoteric.
The party investigated. By testing with instruments and sounds of their own, they caused the house to rattle more, interestingly. So, Bostwick managed to follow the source to the basement where much of the vibrations subtly stemmed from. Reaching into the floor below, he found a broken gramophone that auto-played the droning stuck on repeat.
Preparations
The party now readies themselves to meet with Doven's leadership in hopes of getting their full support.
