Milly was born to parents in the purple people culture, although she doesn't completely follow the customs herself. She had many forgenier friends in school, some of witch she still keeps in touch with. Though she never had the highest grades, she did do well in social studies. This didn't bother her parents. Milly was left much to her own devices, and her parents really only emphasized, that she should respect others.
She became a rather adventurous girl, witch did bother people around her, so she scaled a bit back on that. To this day, the time when she enrolled in high school, and was seen frivolously prancing around the place, with no concern for how she was perceived or who she was speaking to, caused her the most problems.

She went through a regular school system, with elementary-, middle- and high school. After that she went to a college in social studies outside the country. When she came back and ran for elections she had a neat network of people knowing her.
