Djinfell

South-east of Oufresz there is a crater covered with the light-blue dust with a single tower in the middle.

The tower is a translucent building made entirely of the colourful stained glass, though no one from the City of Stained Glass claims ownership of this particular wonder.

The magic researchers, who studied this place came to the same conclusion that it emanates the ancient power, but there are no records on what it might be connected to.

The signature does not match perfectly any of the known sources: dragons, elementals, primordials or planes, it somewhat resembles the power emanated by the Air Giants.

In several of the primordial scripts there is a mention of an entity called Djinn, which resulted in naming this place, but it is still unclear if this is the correct representation of what happened here.

Some, who came close to the tower reported hearing slight humming and feeling dizzy, others account for siren-like sounds that haunt you to do their bidding.

You can certainly see your reflections in various colours shining back from the walls of the tower, maybe that this is that mentioned dizziness, or there is some extra-terrestrial influence in this place.

The dust was also researched, it definitely contains unknown magics that heal and/or mend, but it is so scarce as a resource to be used to heal minor cuts and scars.

The research is that much harder that it is quite close to the warmongering Orcs to the north and while it would be an incredibly important discovery, not many researchers want to risk their lives here when they could be doing ground-breaking revelations in much safer Plateaus of the Arcanum.
