Blood for Lolth
The legendary consumable that was used by Drow High priestesses whenever their house's warriors needed an incredible boost. The cost of ingredients often surpasses the value of all house's belongings.
Because of that it is only used in situations of grave importance, such as when one house is trying to destroy another one higher than them in the social ladder. In the cruel Drow world, if one house attempts to destroy another house, they need to kill all of the rival house's members during the night of the attack or they risk being destroyed themselves when the surviving members inform the highest houses.
That's why the social ladder movements are infrequent, require immense amounts of planning and more often than not affect houses with power similar to attacker's. Many houses attempted to make alliances when making a move and that would require sharing the spoils with them, nevertheless Blood for Lolth completes that gap.
Still, there is also a "hidden" cost to the whole operation, the warrior that drinks the concoction obtains great resistance, incredible swiftness and magical immunity for the duration, but, there is a but, when the effects wear off, the victim, I mean warrior, becomes incapacitated a resembling cocoon and needs to be sacrificed to Lolth or the house will experience her wrath.
In the ancient tomes, there are mentions of the arms master, who was tricked into drinking it and when the potion wore off was so enraged, he not only wasn't sacrificed but escaped the skirmish and later on hunted and killed all of the priestesses leaving his former house defenseless.
There is no one who can confirm that fact, but there is always a grain of truth.
That is definitely something that priestesses would not want anyone to know, they are supposed to be the strongest in the society.
