The Shattering of the Dale

A group of adventurers opposes and destroys The Frostmaiden, lifting her endless winter, but with far-reaching consequences.

The Shattering of the Dale was a series of events culminating in the Destruction of most of The Ten Towns, the end of the Sunblight Clan, the death of the goddess Auril, the frostmaiden, the unsealing of Ythryn, and finally, the transcendence of Levistus from a devil into a Sapphire Dragon. The events not only changes the landscape and geopolitical future of the region, but led directly to a dramatic increase in magical activity and weakening of the barriers between planes all across Zor.
