Constance Voirpa

The premier power in the Veruun Provinces to which all answer to. The Grand Duchess is a direct descendant of Warlord Constantine the Elfbane who destroyed all Alu-Quessir settlements in Veruun and prohibited the elves from styling in the country. Constance is less bloodthirsty than her forebears - though just as bigoted - and seems content to rest on the throne her ancestors took with bloody hands. Constance is young but does not currently have a clear heir.
