Tuskgora (TUSK-GORE-ah)
The Bloodsow, The Notchcarver, Savage One
Chaotic Evil Boarkin War Goddess
Depicted as a savage boarkin of fell aspect, in blood-spattered tribal garb and mixed furs (wolf, lion, and bear), wielding a brutal double bladed battle axe with many notches in its blades (which is also her holy symbol).Worship of Tuskgora is virtually unheard of in civilized lands (and is even illegal in some), but quite popular among many savage tribes of the lands...particularly among boarkin forest and hill tribes where her worship is nearly monotheistic. Additionally, savage and bloodthirsty folk who yearn for the red rage of battle, those who glory in gore and brutal conquest, those who take joy maiming and murdering feel her pull. Battlegrounds are her playground, and those who war across them are her toys.
Whether a blade is weilded explicitly in worship of her or not, every drop of blood shed for no reason is effectively a prayer to Tuskgora, and she is ever thirsty for more. Unjust violence (the more extreme the better) is like a serenade to Tuskgora's perked ears, and she is ever eager to hear the next crescendo. Absolute peace all at once everywhere would be her doom, but baring that her reign may never end.

Boarzerkers
In the early days of fire and blood, the tribe of the boarkin had bloody snoots and fed well. They were happy with their lot, and happy with their goddess who had given that lot unto them. She in turn was happy with them for they did as she bade them and invasively spread outward into new lands to repeat the cycle of bloody violence which she held so dear.
One among these first boarkin was a mighty warrior named Jofurr; bigger and tougher than most and prone to terrible and deadly red rages in the heat of battle. Tuskgora was well pleased with Jofurr and bore several fearsome sons and daughters from union with him. These half-divine offspring raged like their father had but were even mightier; each became a powerful warlord among the boarkin and squired many children. And this is why even today so many boarkin fly into a red rage of awesome destructiveness upon joining battle...or so the story goes anyway.
- The Path of the Berzerker Barbarians are mechanically unaltered, but specifically boarkin Barbarians who follow this path are referred to as Boarzerkers in this setting.
Murder Cults and Serial Killers
In some civilized lands where worship of Tuskgora is taboo, there may still be one or more secret mystery cults dedicated to her worship, usually involving blood sacrifices. Additionally, some serial killers are devotees of Tuskgora and regard their killing as being at least partially to honor the Notchcarver. It often falls to wandering heroic types to root out and get rid of such cutists and murderers.
