Construction beginning/end

The reconstruction of Ft. Rebuke into a city through 4 months of hard work with Dwarves of Valhalla and Kobolds of House Ashido.

After the Olgrim Civil War and the blessing given to Sellfur by Ivy he and his allies went to work on turning the stronghold Ft. Rebuke into the utopian society Gardenia. Through the aid of the Kobolds of House Ashido, & Dwarves of Valhalla Gardenia was constructed in 4 months.   The Kobolds where given an alchemical substance called the potions of hill giant strength to make them capable of lifting and aiding in construction although some where irreparably changed by the consumption of the potion becoming Swolbolds in the process. Eager to learn the Dwarves taught them in their architecture & metallurgy to fit Sellfur's idea of the perfect city. They had constructed the entirety of the Gardenia's sewer system making an intricate network of smoothly carven stone tunnels and chambers, and the commons area where they now usually dwell while the Dwarves built the royals, bazaar, increased the height and thickness of the walls. It was a joint effort between the Kobolds and Dwarves to build the castles, manors, and the meadows through cutting down half a mile of woodlands using the wood to build the outer farmlands and residential area all with the blessing of the Dryad that lives in the woodlands.   After 4 months of hard work the city of Gardenia had been completed those who worked so hard to build it were handsomely rewarded. The Dwarves where automatic residents of the royals and their works would be the most profitable and sought after goods in the city. The Kobolds where granted complete equality in Gardenia no longer needing to remain in dark cave networks and sewer systems they where just as much a citizen as anyone else. With that it was time to bring people to be the denizens of Gardenia.
