Vigor

Vigor is a white & green plasma bearing a soothing sensation when exposed.

Vigor is a highly mutable energy that at its base is capable of healing life & bolstering organic matter though too much will be hazardous. This energy is toxic to undead & soulless being unholy monsters although some have managed to utilize it to their advantage. Vigor not only heals and bolsters existing life but it can also imbue life into barren environments even barren planets bearing no atmosphere as vigor makes the necessary alterations to generate life & terraform planets.   It's possible for Vigor to trigger evolution in existing life although not through its true concentrated plasma form through exposure to its diluted state remnant mortals, animals, & ecosystems will be uplifted by vigor. Vigor like Blight can't remain in its true state outside of Ashlanir or All-Mother eventually becoming its diluted state remnant. Through the unique bond of risen & cherub vigor can be molded into three types of "matter" All-Mother's tears of joy being water & wind, All-Mother's embrace being earth & plants, and the most infamous All-Mother's passion being starfire & stellar plasma.

Vigor originates from the soul of All-Mother being her spirit.

Vigor can't remain as a plasma for long in a matter of seconds it becomes remnant.

Vigor is a main component in healing spells being the energy conjured to aid targets of these spells. Risen through their bond with their cherubs manipulate Vigor for their abilities.

Vigor has always been seen as a benevolent force and those capable of using it

Remnant is a byproduct of vigor as the plasma reverts to a gaseous state. Heartstone is a solid crystalline form of vigor.

Too much vigor can cause runaway cellular division causing fleshy growths on the body followed by death via explosion.

Vigor stimulates life causing rapid growth of vegetation, makes barren worlds fertile making whatever it needs to generate life.
