Umbranite once came from the Well Of Chaos crashing on Umbronis through meteorites. The eidolons eventually discovered the properties of Umbranite and began to use it in secret, placing it in Soulless to make them better at dealing with radiant energy. This crystal was popular among the eidolons and even the Darkin to come after them eons later.
Everyday use
Umbranite was used to empower soulless & undead through eliminating their weakness to radiant energy and converting it into healing energy.
Cultural Significance and Usage
Umbranite was used alot by the Eidolons to make their Soulless creatures stronger in preparation for war against the seraphim. The Darkin also used this crystal for the same reason during the Black Garden War.
Industrial Use
Umbranite was also used as an alternative energy conduit as it turned radiant energy into more usable energy.
