Cultural Reception
Letum isn't a widely seen condition in the world, only those who have spent a long time near voidstone or spent a lot of time in other realms. Those afflicted were treated with care although once they perished and became undead it made a stigma involving those who had a pale complexion and seemed sickly like they were monsters waiting to be released. Those who are afflicted with Letum are avoided and shunned.
"Hmmm it's hard to find people to experiment on to find out about this condition, not many people sticking around when rancor is nearby. Although the few ones were lucky enough to find me, they found difficulty breathing, they could barely move, they were infertile. Life really doesn't meld well with death. - Zyler"

/*Replace with quote about Letum from the Ovalin Rupture. Maybe from Morigan?*/
"Damnit, damnit, dammit I have to do this. I need to get some Heartstone to help my brother it's risky but I have to try. Perhaps Edda can help me. - Nimrith"/*Maybe I write a quote from Naldar about Letum? He has lived with it for like 15 years. Or just a quote from someone examining him that I check.*/
