Glimmer

Glimmer is very hot to the touch almost scorching & faint voices can be heard in the plasma.

Glimmer is a bright white plasma made from souls being grounded down into its purest form small fragments of vigor. While glimmers used to be souls the remnants of the identities that used to be whole remain in glimmer; those in close proximity to glimmer can hear faint thoughts of those who are part of glimmer. Glimmer has a very high potency even a small crystal holding glimmer can power swarm weapons for months or result in powerful explosions. Souls aren't the only means of making Glimmer, Vigor can also be used to make Glimmer as swarm use the Terra-Sphere as a means of energy ever since they found it difficult to enter some solar systems.

Glimmer can't remain in the open for long in a matter of seconds it is reduced to nothing.

Glimmer was first discovered by the four swarm gods Romulus, Velorina, Demonia, & Zagruc through their constant slaughter on Boria they found that they could ground down the souls of their victims into a plentiful energy.

Glimmer is used to feed the Nianin larvae in every single swarm & fuel their weapons, ships, & sorcery.

Glimmer has been a valued energy source for the swarm for thousands of years as they reduce the cosmos further and further they are further empowered although the voices and memories are what made a few question their purpose and if the pain they inflict is truly just.

Once someone with a soul dies of exposure to virulence or is killed when exposed to virulence their body and soul is reduced to glimmer.

Glimmer has the ability to increase the power of one's souls, increasing their spirit reserves although the process can be painful and often crippling for a while.
