Devas

Devas are beautiful and filled with celestial essence making them youthful and immortal, they also have an impressive set of wings growing from their back. Their souls are much stronger than other souls making their spirit reserves larger than mortals. Their celestial cells make them resistant to radiant & necrotic energy as well as making them capable of healing and regeneration. This celestial essence makes them capable of their magic and shape shiftings and radiant energy.

Like other celestials of sky rank, devas have increased strength, speed, durability, and stamina. Their celestial cells render them able to heal and regenerate even from flames, acid, & cold, as well as being resistant to radiant & necrotic energy, and even spells. Their souls carry a celestial spark making their souls stronger than others giving them higher spirit reserves although if the spark is lost or tainted the Deva will fall.   Devas have innate celestial magic being able to sense the presence of good and evil, imbue their armaments with holy radiance, heal others with a touch, & even polymorph into other people and animals a beloved spell of the Devas. They can enter the mortal realm and leave to the heavens at will.

Devas can reproduce with each other though they rarely feel the need to do so, although when they do the gestation period of a deva is 2 months. They are capable of reproducing with mortals like humans although they feel no need to do such an act although when they do they make era 2 Haloin that they make no effort to raise.

Devas have a low requirement for nutrients needing a quarter pound of food and water each month.

Devas have fair complexions & celestial markings on the left side of their face.

Devas exist not only in the heavens but in every planet they can feasibly get to in the form of animals or other people.

Devas can see in the dark in a radius of 120ft. being able to discern color in the dark. They are aware of any lie told in their presence. Devas like other celestials of the sky rank can see through illusions being unable to actually see them.

Erogel

• A type of celestial known for their creation of Haloin. Devas watch over the offspring of the Haloin guiding them to become envoys of justice.

Haloin

• The offspring of Erogel the Devas used to watch over the Haloin and guide them to be a virtuous warrior.

Zodian Devas

  The Zodian Devas are a group of Devas who were influenced by the Zodiac Pantheon to bond themselves to Haloin of their clergy. These Devas were altered biologically to fit the theme of their god, some being imbued with solar radiance, some lunar, others storms, ect.

Devas speak the celestial language like the rest of their celestial brethren.

Devas always remain hidden either in the form of an animal like a small bird or feline or take the guise of a squalid human. They will always try to steer people to their god's ideology and will rarely expose themselves.

Devas never do anything that could distract them from their mission like lending a helping hand to anyone in need as their job is to make others paragons of their gods. They never remain bound to their Haloin if they forsake their duty or become fallen or bond to Haloin of Era 2 seeing them as too weak and not part of the original pact.

The Devas were originally born in the heaven of Virtunus coming from the glistening pools like other celestials looking for purpose like their brethren. Many looking for purpose joined the rest of their brethren to find it and from their natural traits they found purpose in guidance of mortals forming their pact with the erogel to watch over their offspring and all devas followed this pact so long as their haloin walked in the light. Some devas were altered by the gods they worked under gaining traits of sunlight, moonlight, knights, ect. While Devas stayed true to their purpose they would leave their haloin if they fell from grace becoming fallen and no longer worthy of the guidance of the heavens and even more devas stopped becoming paired with haloin once era 2 haloin were born since the terms of the pact were the offspring of humans and erogel and not any other celestial era 2 haloin did not meet the criteria for being guided at all light or not and no deva has been spotted in thousands of years due to defection of the erogel.
