Grand Master
Grand Masters are people in a high position of power in organizations lower than royalty & nobility. They stand at the top of organizations like guilds and corporations given power either as the founder of the group or given power through succession or election.
Qualifications
Grand Masters show the capacity for leading the organization and being trusted by the current Grand Master.
Appointment
When the Grand Master steps down or their term ends the successor takes command of the organization.
Duties
The Grand Master has the duty of leading the organization to be efficient and profitable. They delegate their duties to others of their organization to run more efficiently.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
A grandmaster can be removed by the ruling sovereign typically when they are proven to be breaking laws or for other reasons. They are dismissed when they serve 50 years or willingly step down.
