Synod of the Core Fulminare
The Core Fulminare is a holy order consisting of staunch followers of the Skyforger, Kozak. The Syod itself is a quintumvirate, a five member council consisting of the Guarded Heart, Master of Craft, Keeper of Knowledge, Fleet Admiral of War, and the Marshal of Corvus. lt was conceived by a Chosen of Kozak and current Guarded Heart, Bask Aurix of Meriva, and born upon the naming day of the settlement upon which its hallowed halls reside in Corvus, Häll on the 30th of Serena, 629.
While the wealth, mind, and indeed the faith of the founder brought the order and settlement to life, from its inception Lord Aurix envisioned a seafaring society built upon trade and sweat to bolster an armada from which the word of Kozak could enlighten the farthest and darkest of destinations. This began with the purchase of a stalwart, floating Stronghold from the City of Diamonds and has since grown many fold

The Order quickly grew as did the interest of those seeking pilgrimage to the great temple built into the daunting, craggy hill overlooking the settlement of Corvus, Häll. It soon became a burgeoning port town full of people eager to strengthen themselves and the community through the teachings of the Order and warship of Kozak. A simple, shorn road leads away from the settlement toward the Temple Mount. By foot or hoof, the only access to the Citadel climb is through a fortified Keap at the base of the stone rutted hill in which it is built. While goods are taken to the temple proper via pack animal, those who pilgrimage must make the switchback climb up the stone steps with no aid but for the feeble bodied.
The utilitarian temple constructed by the Mer Dalmalora, while purposefully lacking opulence, spares no expense in craftsmanship. Great stonework weaves its way around the edges of The Climb and mold through the earth within. Its halls reach both the depths of the sea itself where Nerimea The Swift once lorded over its ancient secrets, to the reaches above with the consecrated prayer platform open to the sky atop its highest point. The main hall beyond the entry terrace is cavernous but warm, oft filled with beams of light and the scent of the coastal breeze which ruffle the long, black banners of the Order of the Core Fulminare within. Simple stone pews guide you past an intricate inlay of the crest for the Order up to a rise upon which rests a massive anvil doubling as a pulpit. The great Stone Seat peers ominously back across the hall beyond.
It is said one of the fabled weapons of The Chosen of Kozak, Thunderfury, hangs to the left of the throne. A massive, forked longsword said to command the power of the Stormlord himself. To the right, a band of blue metal that seems to bind and shape the very essence of the Ethereal plane into a vaguely shield-like shape.
