Rovar Ceasar Herradar, prince of Rovaria after which he is named, is a smart young Shepardii Hounarian, he's not one to act rash or brashly, he tends to think things through, a skill thaught to him by his father King Thom.
Rovar has one goal which he persuits near blindly, he seeks to reunite the Alliance into an Empire under his rule. Being the only Kingly line left intact since Kings Massacre, he would have the right to do it, but at the time he lacks the support.
Which is why young Rovar now travels the Alliance and seeks support.
Rovar is known in the Alliance as one of I'd not the finest Defensive swordsman on likely the whole continent. A fine strategist and Tactician, Rovar does not back out of a fight
Rovar is loyal yet extremely stubborn and very traditional. Which nearly costs Chaspar his life atleast once.
Rovar seems to have a lot of his grandfather in him, who ruled Rovaria with an iron fist, and Rovar is desperate to proof that he is not his grandfather.
