Description

Often depicted as a young, broad-shouldered, dark-skinned man with sunlight bursting from eyes and mouth, haloed in blinding radiance.   Other depictions show him faceless, his features obscured by a blinding sun, draped in trailing robes of yellow silk.

Personality

Eldir is viewed as a neutral figure amongst deities, not inclined to one extreme or the other. However, he and his clergy are not considered pacifists, and oppose those who wield the forces of darkness against the innocent.

Activity

Just as the sun rises and sets, Eldir's followers typically follow a regular schedule based off the solar cycle.    Eldir holds great joy in childbirth, and many newborns have been reported to show his favor.
