  Spell forged petrified wooden staff, inlaid with gold, that is 6ft and a half foot tall and one inch in diameter. Uncommon Magic Item.   To activate it the base of the staff must be placed on solid ground (sand counts) and the person holding it must concentrate for 1 minute. During this time you focus on the conditions you want it to generate, select any combination from the list below.  

• Ambient Temperature.
• Humidity.
• Wind speed.
• Diameter (up to 30 foot).
• Ambient light.
• Food & water for 6 people (When this is used the top of the staff grows out into branches of a tree sapling that then grows 2 dozen fruit. The base of the staff also grows roots into the ground and a pool of clean drinking water forms around the roots).

  At the end of the minute the staff can be released and it will maintain its position and the chosen enviromental conditions will immediately take effect, these effects cannot be changed once set until the staff has recharged.     Duration   The effects last for 12 hours and when the time expires the staff falls to the ground. If the staff is in its tree form then the branches and any remaining fruit crumble into dust and the water evaporates when the time expires.   You can end the effects early by touching the saff and willing it to stop (1 turn).   When the staff deactivates it then requires 12 hours to recharge before it can be used again, if you try to use it before then nothing happens.     High rarities   Tree is bigger, greater range and increased magnitude of all other effects. At rare levels tree is permanent and you cut a branch of suitable length from the tree which then transforms into the staff.   Rarities
